All files in an order must have unique names. Upper and lower case are not sufficient distinguishing features!

Folding with filing strip

Your plans will be folded to the A4 format. For easy filing, each plan will receive a sturdy plastic filing strip. This folding corresponds to DIN 824-B. Width of cover sheet: 195 mm + 15 mm filing strip.

Your plans will be folded to the A4 format with a margin. This folding corresponds to DIN 824-A, but due to technical reasons, it does not include cross-folding and punching. Width of cover sheet 190 mm + 20 mm margin. This should already be set up in the file.

Your plans will be folded to the format A4 (210 mm x 297 mm). This folding corresponds to DIN 824-C. Width of cover sheet: 210 mm = DIN A4. Perfectly fitting for storage in DIN envelopes.

Your plans with text field / legend in the top left corner of the sheet will be folded to the A4 format (210 x 297 mm). The cross fold is located on the bottom side. This folding is therefore only possible for landscape format plans! The final format is suitable for DIN A4 envelopes.

Rolled

Your technical drawings will be delivered rolled. There will be no folding. They will be shipped in a sturdy, reusable transport tube. A shipping surcharge will be applied for this.

Laminated

The plan prints are laminated with a clear PE film with either a matt or glossy surface (thickness front and back 125µ each) and a 5 mm surrounding edge. To avoid reflections, we recommend the matt version. If you want to work on the laminated prints with erasable pens, please choose the glossy version. They are supplied as rolled plans. This extends the processing time by one working day. Max. Width (short side) for plan laminations: 1000 mm.
